Synrgy 360 – only at Q360

Looking for the perfect combination of heart pumping cardio and strength training? This customized 40 min class is it! Each week both the format and the equipment utilized on the Synrgy360 (Big Red) will be change to make for increased calorie burn and a total body workout. Enjoy the one-on-one attention of personal training combined with motivation that comes from being part of a team. The payoff? Achieve maximum results in minimal time.

Lift N’ Ride

This high powered 40 min class is 2 workouts in one! Incorporating the best of Synrgy360 full body exercises utilizing TRX, Battle Ropes, Dumbells, Rip Trainer, Bosu etc. Class then moves to the Spinning bikes for a heart-pounding 20 min ride. Sessions concludes with full-body relaxing stretch. All fitness levels welcome!

EXpress Spin Classes

Super-efficient calorie burner this 30 min. Spin Class Express is the ideal workout for a busy schedule—whether you want to squeeze in a workout during your lunch break or to get in shape for a fast-approaching event.

Comfortable athletic wear and sneakers or bike shoes. First-time spinners, please arrive ten minutes early for basic bike instruction and setup.

This class is your cure to your regular fitness routine. Using functional training and principles of athletic conditioning, this workout will test your limits to achieve unparalleled results. Done in chipper or block format this high energy class uses Battling Ropes, TRX®, Kettlebells and much more to bring your workout to the next level. All done is 40mins!
